Evergreen Nonprofit Seed Fund

Our nonprofit fund is for charitable individuals and organizations wishing to catalyze economic and social impact. Contributors provide donations and investments through the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. The contributions serve as co-investments alongside our Limited Partner Fund or other accredited investors in early-stage tech companies in the region.

Pre-seed and Seed Investments

The fund is designed to provide between $25,000 and $100,000 in investment capital to portfolio companies, with a focus on pre-seed phase.

High Potential Companies

Companies must be high potential and innovation-oriented, with proprietary product or service advantage, sizable addressable markets, and exit potential.

Committed Founders

Founders must demonstrate passion and a commitment to a systems approach to provide solutions to significant, validated problems, and must have skin in the game.

Re-investing Gains

Returned capital and any gains will be reinvested to help sustain or grow the the fund.

Limited Partner Seed Fund

Our Limited Partner Seed Fund is for accredited investors who are interested in potential returns and making meaningful impact in their own backyard. These investors pool their investment with others in this for-profit fund which becomes co-investment alongside our Nonprofit Fund or other accredited investors in early-stage tech companies in the region.

Venture Investor Network

The Venture Investor Network is the first program to allow investments in the most promising startups in southern Missouri whether you live in our region or not. The Venture Investor Network works in tandem with our Nonprofit Seed Fund and for-profit Limited Partner Seed Fund by matching accredited investors to their favorite startups. Investment can be conveniently made from a laptop for as little as $10K.

National Network

After completing a no cost, no obligation-to-invest sign up and verification, accredited investors from anywhere in the U.S. are eligible to invest.

Online Investment Shopping

Investors have access to the growing funnel of high potential companies with new companies added at least every six months.

Full Service Direct Investments

Network investors make direct investments in the companies of their choice with Innovate SOMO providing the rest of the support and management of the transaction.
